We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to provide remote support for our colleagues running ServiceNow service desk operations. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for resolving ServiceNow issues and adjusting ServiceNow configuration to fulfill business and support team requirements. You will play a critical role in driving efficient IT Service Management (ITSM) processes while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve ServiceNow issues and provide timely support to our colleagues running ServiceNow service desk operations
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, providing efficient ITSM processes
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate, recommend, and implement new ServiceNow applications, features, and integrations
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure that ServiceNow processes comply with industry standards and best practices
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow Administration and Core Concepts, enabling efficient administration and management of ServiceNow instances
  • Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules to improve system functionality
  • Perform ServiceNow integration with other systems, leveraging the power of ServiceNow APIs
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow documentation and knowledge base articles, ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the team
  • Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, taking part in programs to foster growth and learning within the team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, focusing on configuring, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow applications
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Administration and Core Concepts, enabling efficient administration and management of ServiceNow instances
  • Strong experience in ITSM, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and related technologies
  • Demonstrated experience leading and implementing ServiceNow projects from scratch or participated in multiple projects spanning different stages of the development lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for effective customization of ServiceNow applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle complex technical issues and provide optimal solutions
  • Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders
