We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience to join our remote team, contributing to the development and implementation of Customer Service Management solutions for our client, a leading provider of technology solutions. In this role, you will work on a high-profile project to mature CSM in Switch using ServiceNow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand current processes, map integrations, and perform gap analysis. You will also be responsible for migrating old processes from the LDC Ticketing System to ServiceNow, training users on the new platform, and demoing and reviewing all EPAM accelerators that can be applied to CSM in Switch to speed up transition.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current processes, map integrations, and perform gap analysis
- Migrate old processes from the LDC Ticketing System to ServiceNow, train users on the new platform, and shut down LDC Ticketing System
- Demo and review all EPAM accelerators that can be applied to CSM in Switch to speed up transition
- Develop and implement Customer Service Management solutions using ServiceNow
- Ensure the quality of code and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code and design reviews and provide feedback to improve quality
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a ServiceNow certification
- Experience in JavaScript coding and familiarity with software development processes (Agile)
- Understanding of ITIL (foundation level) and relational database concepts
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent spoken and written English at a B1+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in ITSM or other related areas outside of CSM
- Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules and applications
- Experience with Network Operations and Network services
