Join our remote team as a pivotal Senior ServiceNow Developer, taking the lead in harmonizing enterprise systems with Cloud operations seamlessly.
We are in search of an accomplished ServiceNow Developer with a track record of skillfully crafting and maintaining ServiceNow forms, coupled with adept management of REST API/SOAP integrations. Your pivotal role involves advancing the integration of ServiceNow into Cloud operations, offering a chance to actively shape feature design, development, and optimization within our vibrant Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Initiating the development of novel ServiceNow forms, from conception through deployment
- Providing continuous support and development for existing ServiceNow forms, including troubleshooting and remediation
- Collaborating closely on existing integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring seamless support and ownership of stories and/or tasks
- Aiding the Cloud Engineering team(s) in testing both new and existing ServiceNow components
- Working closely with development peers, product leadership, and technical staff to devise inventive and impactful solutions
- Playing a significant role in feature design, development, and optimization within our dynamic Agile development environment
- Ensuring consistently high-quality standards at each stage of the development process
- Offering technical insights for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects
- Guiding and mentoring less experienced team members to enrich their skills and nurture career growth
- Actively participating in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Thorough familiarity with REST API/SOAP integration, covering both development and troubleshooting perspectives
- Proficient use of VCS (GitLab/GitHub) for effective version control
- Scripting expertise within ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
- JavaScript coding proficiency, emphasizing code reuse and adherence to coding best practices
- Exceptional understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and hands-on Implementation and Design experience
- Comfortable operating within an Agile methodology, with experience in unit testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ServiceNow MID Servers and IntegrationHub would be advantageous
