We are currently seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our proactive IT team. This key role is designed to enhance our ServiceNow platforms, thereby increasing operational efficiency and supporting our core business functions. As a Senior Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving technological progress and improvements throughout our IT framework. The ideal candidate will showcase a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow features and the ability to transform business needs into practical tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and enhance ServiceNow workflows, business rules, notifications, and SLAs
- Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Develop and implement new features and modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Perform detailed testing and validation to ensure the reliability of ServiceNow functionalities
- Collaborate with IT and business departments to understand requirements and develop scalable solutions
- Train and support team members in utilizing ServiceNow features and maintaining best practices
- Manage the evaluation and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and updates
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of solid experience in ServiceNow development or a similar position
- Expertise in managing ServiceNow CMDB, focusing on accuracy and operational efficiency
- Detailed knowledge of various ServiceNow Products including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for developing customized applications in ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with at least a B2 level of fluency
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning implementations in ServiceNow platforms
- Certifications in ServiceNow or IT service management
