We are in search of a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer to enhance our proactive IT team. This crucial position is aimed at refining our ServiceNow platforms to boost operational efficiency and bolster our business operations. As a Senior Developer, your role will be central to pioneering advancements and enhancements across our IT landscape. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough grasp of ServiceNow capabilities and the adeptness to convert business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and refine ServiceNow workflows, business rules, notifications, and SLAs
  • Establish and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and external entities via APIs, web services, and middleware
  • Forge and deploy new functionalities and modules on the ServiceNow platform
  • Execute comprehensive testing and validation of ServiceNow features to assure system dependability
  • Engage with IT and business units to extract requirements and forge scalable solutions
  • Educate and assist team members on utilizing ServiceNow functionalities and adhering to best practices
  • Direct the assessment and rollout of ServiceNow updates and enhancements
Requirements
  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in ServiceNow development or a comparable role
  • Skilled in administering ServiceNow CMDB with a focus on precision and efficiency
  • Extensive knowledge of various ServiceNow Products such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
  • Proficient in JavaScript for crafting tailored applications within ServiceNow
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in English, with a B2 level of fluency or higher
Nice to have
  • Practical experience with Agile development practices
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications within ServiceNow environments
  • Possession of ServiceNow or IT service management related certifications
