We are actively searching for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to become an integral part of our remote team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and sustaining ServiceNow applications, engaging in a successful collaboration with multifaceted teams to architect applications aligned with business requisites. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will also craft meticulous technical documentation, furnish guidance to budding developers, and ascertain the optimization of all applications for top-notch performance and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and nurture ServiceNow applications to uphold business requisites
  • Cooperate with diverse teams to formulate and actualize novel applications and seamless integrations
  • Compose comprehensive technical documentation for every application
  • Extend guidance and impart wisdom to junior developers
  • Assure optimization of all applications, prioritizing performance and scalability
  • Participate actively in code reviews, affirming code adherence to quality benchmarks
  • Resolve issues pertinent to ServiceNow applications and integrations through adept troubleshooting
  • Stay abreast of ServiceNow best practices and emerging features
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to glean requirements and furnish project progress updates
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or an equivalent role
  • Mastery of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS markup, and REST APIs
  • Proven expertise in developing integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Proficiency in scripting for ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing ServiceNow applications for peak performance and scalability
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving acumen
  • Collaborative prowess in working with cross-functional teams
  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with the ability to adeptly handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Nice to have
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Possession of a ServiceNow Developer certification
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with AWS or alternative cloud platforms
