Take charge of crafting and sustaining ServiceNow applications, collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams to conceive applications aligning with business needs. As the adept Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will not only create technical documentation but also guide junior developers, ensuring applications are finely tuned for performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture ServiceNow applications tailored to meet business imperatives
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to innovate and develop novel applications and integrations
- Compose comprehensive technical documentation for all applications
- Offer guidance and mentorship to budding developers
- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of all applications
- Engage in meticulous code reviews, upholding the highest quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow best practices and features
- Liaise with stakeholders, gathering requirements and furnishing project progress updates
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or an equivalent role
- Demonstrate mastery in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS markup, and REST APIs
- Proven track record in constructing integrations with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripts and adept at optimizing applications for performance and scalability
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving acumen
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness in managing concurrent projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
- Possession of ServiceNow Developer certification
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
