Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team, working on IT Service Management (ITSM) projects for customers in the US and Europe. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the implementation of requirements according to specification, as well as ITSM processes implementation. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop custom applications based on the ServiceNow, Micro Focus, and Atlassian platforms. Responsibilities
  • Implement requirements according to specification, ensuring the delivery of high-quality custom applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ITSM processes based on ServiceNow, HP
  • Contribute to the development of custom applications based on the ServiceNow, Micro Focus, and Atlassian platforms
  • Participate in project planning, providing valuable insights and recommendations for project development
  • Proactively ask questions and propose solutions to ensure project success
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements
  • Understanding of development processes and frameworks, with at least 3 years of programming experience
  • Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies, highlighting your ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Practical experience working with ITSM platforms, ideally ServiceNow, Micro Focus, or Atlassian
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages, with web development experience
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, demonstrating your proactive mindset
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
