Become a key member of our remote team in the role of a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing enterprise integration into Cloud operations.
We seek a highly proficient ServiceNow Developer with a demonstrated history of crafting and maintaining ServiceNow forms while seamlessly integrating REST API/SOAP functionalities. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the refinement, evolution, and optimization of features within a dynamic Agile development setting.
Responsibilities
- Crafting innovative ServiceNow forms from inception to deployment
- Providing support and development for existing ServiceNow forms, including effective troubleshooting and remediation
- Collaborating closely on existing integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring seamless support and assuming ownership of stories and/or tasks
- Assisting the Cloud Engineering team(s) in testing both new and existing versions of ServiceNow components
- Engaging in close collaboration with development peers, product leadership, and other technical staff to devise impactful solutions
- Playing a significant role in the design, development, and optimization of features within a dynamic Agile development environment
- Maintaining high-quality standards throughout every stage of development
- Offering technical insights for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects
- Guiding and mentoring less experienced team members, fostering skill enhancement and career growth
- Participating actively in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
- Accumulated hands-on experience of at least 3 years in ServiceNow development
- Familiarity with REST API/SOAP integration, encompassing both development and troubleshooting perspectives
- Proficiency in VCS (GitLab/GitHub) for robust version control
- Scripting expertise in ServiceNow, spanning Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.
- Proficient in JavaScript coding, emphasizing code reuse and adhering to best practices in coding standards
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and Implementation and Design experience
- Adeptness in Agile methodology and hands-on experience in unit testing
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Understanding of relational database concepts
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer
- Familiarity with ServiceNow MID Servers and IntegrationHub
