We're actively seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team.

In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting tailor-made solutions to enhance operational efficiency and address glitches. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in ServiceNow development, showcasing proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and associated technologies. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the development community, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and agile testing of novel features and functionalities.

Responsibilities
  • Craft bespoke solutions to enhance operational efficiency and troubleshoot glitches
  • Engage with multifunctional teams to back the development community
  • Diagnose and resolve issues linked to ServiceNow development
  • Conduct agile testing of new features and functionalities
  • Configure and execute development in ServiceNow to meet business requisites
  • Offer technical guidance to the development community
  • Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks in ServiceNow
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and ServiceNow development best practices
  • Ensure adherence to high-quality code standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with QA teams to guarantee code standards and best practices are upheld
Requirements
  • Accumulated 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and mastery in HTML/CSS Markup
  • Familiarity with REST API, ServiceNow Integrations Building, and ServiceNow Scripts Writing
  • Expertise in agile development methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with multifunctional teams to resolve issues
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless global collaboration
  • Proven experience in crafting custom solutions for operational efficiency and glitch resolution
Nice to have
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer
  • Experience with ITIL best practices
