We're in search of a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team and play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of cutting-edge ServiceNow applications.

In this position, your responsibilities will extend to crafting technical documentation, offering guidance to junior developers, and guaranteeing optimal performance and scalability of all applications.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow applications to fulfill business needs
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to conceive and develop innovative applications and integrations
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation for all applications
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
  • Assure optimization of applications for superior performance and scalability
  • Actively partake in code reviews to uphold stringent quality standards
  • Tackle troubleshooting and resolution of issues pertaining to ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow best practices and feature updates
  • Liaise with stakeholders for requirement gathering and project progress updates
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or a comparable role
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS markup, and REST APIs
  • Proven track record in constructing integrations within the ServiceNow environment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripts and adeptness in optimizing applications for performance and scalability
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Possession of the ServiceNow Developer certification
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
