Senior ServiceNow Developer
We are actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our ServiceNow platforms to enhance operational efficiency and support our business processes. As a Senior Developer, you will drive innovation and improvements within our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and the ability to translate business needs into robust technological solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, notifications, and SLAs
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Design and implement new features and modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow functionalities to ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Provide training and support to other team members on ServiceNow features and best practices
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of ServiceNow updates and upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a similar role
- Proficiency in managing ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness
- In-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow Products including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
- Strong skills in JavaScript for custom application development in ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning integration within ServiceNow
- Certifications related to ServiceNow or IT service management
