We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and sustaining ServiceNow applications, actively engaging with multifunctional teams to architect applications aligning with business needs. Beyond this, the Senior ServiceNow Developer will contribute to crafting comprehensive technical documentation, offering guidance to budding developers, and ensuring that applications are finely tuned for peak performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Craft and sustain ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requisites
- Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams to conceptualize and fabricate novel applications and seamless integrations
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation for all applications
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
- Guarantee optimization of all applications for performance and scalability
- Engage in code reviews to uphold stringent quality standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues tied to ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow best practices and emerging features
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering project progress updates
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or an equivalent role
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS markup, and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience in crafting integrations within the ServiceNow environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripts
- Proven track record in optimizing ServiceNow applications for peak performance and scalability
- Robust analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with multifunctional teams
- Keen attention to detail and adept at managing concurrent projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
- Possession of a ServiceNow Developer certification
- Background in Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
