We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team, working on ITSM processes implementations for our clients in the US and Europe. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for implementing requirements according to specification, developing custom applications based on the platforms, and ensuring the effective and timely delivery of work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and your expertise in ServiceNow and Agile methodologies will be crucial in driving success. Responsibilities
- Implement requirements according to specification, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ITSM processes implementations based on ServiceNow, HP, and Atlassian platforms
- Develop custom applications based on the platforms, ensuring they meet client needs and specifications
- Work within an Agile environment, utilizing Scrum methodologies to drive project success
- Ensure the effective and timely delivery of work, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency
- Take ownership of your work, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing solutions
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, solid understanding of development processes and frameworks
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a track record of successful project delivery within an Agile environment
- Strong understanding and practice working with platforms, ideally ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Micro Focus, Atlassian, etc.
- Programming experience, showcasing your ability to develop and implement software solutions
- Desirable experience with scripting languages like JS and web development
- Ability to perform work effectively and in due time, with excellent time management skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Proactive position, demonstrating your ability to ask questions, propose solutions, and take ownership of your work
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience with other ITSM platforms beyond ServiceNow, such as Micro Focus and Atlassian
- Knowledge of additional scripting languages or web development frameworks
- Experience with other Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Lean
- Understanding of DevOps processes and practices, showcasing your broader perspective on software development
