Join our remote team as a pivotal Senior ServiceNow Developer, taking the lead in harmonizing enterprise systems with Cloud operations seamlessly.
We are in search of a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a track record of expertly crafting and maintaining ServiceNow forms, demonstrating proficiency in managing REST API/SOAP integrations. Your role will revolve around advancing the integration of ServiceNow into Cloud operations, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to feature design, development, and optimization within our vibrant Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Originate new ServiceNow forms from conceptualization to deployment
- Provide ongoing support and development for existing ServiceNow forms, addressing issues and applying remediation
- Collaborate closely on current integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring smooth support and ownership of stories and/or tasks
- Aid the Cloud Engineering team(s) in testing both new and existing ServiceNow components
- Work closely with development peers, product leadership, and technical staff to devise inventive and impactful solutions
- Make substantial contributions to feature design, development, and optimization within our dynamic Agile development environment
- Maintain consistently high-quality standards at every stage of development
- Offer technical insights for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects
- Guide and mentor less experienced team members to enhance their skills and foster career growth
- Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Thorough familiarity with REST API/SOAP integration, encompassing both development and troubleshooting aspects
- Proficiency in VCS (GitLab/GitHub) for efficient version control
- Experience in scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
- Expertise in JavaScript coding, with a focus on code reuse and adherence to coding best practices
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and hands-on Implementation and Design experience
- Comfortable working within an Agile methodology, coupled with experience in unit testing
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- B2+ English level
