Join our remote team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, playing a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless integration of enterprise systems with Cloud operations.
We are in search of an accomplished ServiceNow Developer with a track record in shaping and maintaining ServiceNow forms, coupled with adept handling of REST API/SOAP integrations. Your responsibilities encompass advancing the integration of ServiceNow into Cloud operations and offering an opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of features within our dynamic Agile setting.
Responsibilities
- Initiating the creation of new ServiceNow forms from conceptualization to deployment
- Providing ongoing support and continuous development for existing ServiceNow forms, including troubleshooting and remediation
- Collaborating closely on existing integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring seamless support and ownership of stories and/or tasks
- Assisting Cloud Engineering team(s) in the testing of new and existing ServiceNow components
- Working closely with development peers, product leadership, and technical staff to devise inventive and impactful solutions
- Playing a significant role in feature design, development, and optimization within a dynamic Agile development environment
- Maintaining consistently high-quality standards at each stage of development
- Offering technical insights for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects
- Guiding and mentoring less experienced team members to enhance their skills and foster career growth
- Actively participating in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- In-depth familiarity with REST API/SOAP integration, encompassing both development and troubleshooting perspectives
- Proficiency in VCS (GitLab/GitHub) for effective version control
- Experience in scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
- Expertise in JavaScript coding, with an emphasis on code reuse and adherence to coding best practices
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and hands-on implementation and design experience
- Comfortable operating within an Agile methodology, coupled with experience in unit testing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- B2+ English level
