We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom solutions to optimize work efficiencies and resolve bugs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other related technologies. You will work closely with the development community to support, resolve issues, and test new features and functionality using Agile development practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions to optimize work efficiencies and resolve bugs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development community
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development
- Test new features and functionality using Agile development practices
- Configure and develop in ServiceNow to meet business requirements
- Provide technical guidance to the development community
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in ServiceNow
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development
- Ensure high-quality code standards and best practices are followed
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality code standards and best practices are followed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS Markup
- Knowledge of REST API, ServiceNow Integrations Building, and ServiceNow Scripts Writing
- Expertise in Agile development practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support and resolve issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective global collaboration
- Experience in developing custom solutions to optimize work efficiencies and resolve bugs
Nice to have
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
