Join our remote team as a pivotal member, assuming the role of a Senior ServiceNow Developer.
Lead the way in seamlessly integrating enterprise systems with Cloud operations, showcasing your expertise in crafting and maintaining ServiceNow forms and adeptly managing REST API/SOAP integrations.
We are in search of a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record. Your responsibilities will include advancing the integration of ServiceNow into Cloud operations, and contributing to feature design, development, and optimization within our dynamic Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow forms, from conceptualization to deployment
- Provide continuous development and support for existing ServiceNow forms, including troubleshooting and remediation
- Collaborate closely on integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring seamless support and ownership of stories and/or tasks
- Assist Cloud Engineering team(s) in testing new and existing ServiceNow components
- Collaborate closely with development peers, product leadership, and technical staff to devise innovative and impactful solutions
- Contribute significantly to feature design, development, and optimization within a dynamic Agile development environment
- Uphold consistently high-quality standards at each stage of development
- Offer technical insights for new feature requirements, partnering with business owners and architects
- Guide and mentor less experienced team members to enhance their skills and foster career growth
- Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- In-depth familiarity with REST API/SOAP integration, covering both development and troubleshooting perspectives
- Proficiency in version control systems (VCS) like GitLab/GitHub for effective version control
- Experience in scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
- Expertise in JavaScript coding, emphasizing code reuse and adherence to coding best practices
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and hands-on implementation and design experience
- Comfortable operating within an Agile methodology, coupled with experience in unit testing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- B2+ English level
