We're in search of an adept Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic remote team.
The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and upkeep of ServiceNow applications. They'll engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams, crafting applications that align seamlessly with business needs. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will also take charge of generating comprehensive technical documentation, offering mentorship to junior developers, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability for all applications.
Responsibilities
- Craft and sustain ServiceNow applications to fulfill business requisites
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams for the creation of innovative applications and seamless integrations
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation for all applications
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
- Guarantee optimal performance and scalability for all applications
- Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards
- Address and resolve issues tied to ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow best practices and emerging features
- Engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering and project progress updates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or a comparable role
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS markup, and REST APIs
- Experience in constructing integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripts
- Expertise in optimizing ServiceNow applications for performance and scalability
- Robust analytical and problem-solving acumen
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Keen attention to detail, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
- Possession of a ServiceNow Developer certification
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms
