Embark on a remote journey with our team as a seasoned ServiceNow Developer pioneering the realm of enterprise integration into Cloud operations.

We seek a highly adept ServiceNow Developer boasting a track record of crafting and maintaining ServiceNow forms while seamlessly integrating REST API/SOAP. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in elevating ServiceNow enterprise integration within Cloud operations, presenting a unique opportunity to contribute to the dynamic design, development, and optimization of features in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Craft novel ServiceNow forms from conceptualization through deployment
  • Provide steadfast support and development for existing ServiceNow forms, troubleshooting and remediating as needed
  • Collaborate closely on existing integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, assuming ownership of stories and tasks to ensure seamless support
  • Assist the Cloud Engineering team(s) in testing both new and existing versions of ServiceNow components
  • Work closely with development peers, product leadership, and technical staff to devise innovative and impactful solutions
  • Play a significant role in the design, development, and optimization of features within a dynamic Agile development milieu
  • Uphold high-quality standards at all stages of development
  • Furnish technical input for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering skill enhancement and career growth
  • Engage actively in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in REST API/SOAP integration from both a developmental and troubleshooting perspective
  • Competence with VCS (GitLab/GitHub) for version control
  • Scripting expertise in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
  • Mastery in JavaScript coding, emphasizing code reuse and adherence to best practices in coding standards
  • Excellent familiarity with ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and Implementation/Design experience
  • Comfortable operating within an Agile methodology and adeptness in unit testing
  • Strong knack for problem-solving
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer
  • Experience with ServiceNow MID Servers and IntegrationHub
