We're actively seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team.
In this capacity, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency and address glitches. The ideal candidate boasts a robust background in ServiceNow development, showcasing prowess in JavaScript, AngularJS, and associated technologies. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the development community, offering support, issue resolution, and Agile-driven testing of innovative features and functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke solutions to enhance operational efficiency and troubleshoot glitches
- Engage with diverse teams to provide support within the development community
- Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to ServiceNow development
- Thoroughly test new features and functionalities using Agile development methodologies
- Configure and execute development tasks in ServiceNow to align with business requirements
- Furnish technical guidance to the development community
- Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks within ServiceNow
- Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in ServiceNow development
- Enforce adherence to high-quality code standards and best practices
- Collaborate with QA teams to uphold elevated code standards and best practices
Requirements
- Accumulated 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS Markup
- In-depth understanding of REST API, ServiceNow Integrations Building, and ServiceNow Scripts Writing
- Expertise in Agile development methodologies
- Capability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and support
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving acumen
- Exceptional English communication skills, written and verbal, for seamless global collaboration
- Proven experience in developing customized solutions for operational efficiency enhancement and glitch resolution
Nice to have
- Possession of ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
