We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team for a leading medical device manufacturer. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's processes. You will work closely with a team of talented developers and stakeholders, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software solutions and stays ahead of the latest industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality ServiceNow solutions, utilizing the platform's capabilities to optimize the company's processes
  • Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet all specified requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using ServiceNow development and integration capabilities
  • Debug complex problems and provide scalable and performant solutions to enhance the overall functionality
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with the customer's infrastructure and security standards, adhering to best practices
  • Mentor less experienced developers to improve their skills and careers
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development practices and technologies
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the team and stakeholders, contributing to effective solution delivery
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow development and integration capabilities
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining APIs and integrations for seamless data exchange between systems
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML and JavaScript for efficient and user-friendly UI design
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with developers, stakeholders, and customers
  • CSA certification is a must-have, demonstrating your proficiency in fundamental ServiceNow concepts and practices
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and design patterns
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL, facilitating efficient data storage and manipulation
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, enabling efficient and iterative solution development
