We are seeking a Senior Security Compliance Specialist to support operational security and compliance processes across engineering and service teams, with a strong focus on process coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who can not only contribute to security-related operational tasks, but also help drive activities across multiple teams, ensure progress on action items, and improve the overall efficiency of security and compliance workflows.
Responsibilities include maintaining asset and service inventories, supporting compliance and reporting activities, coordinating threat modeling workshops and penetration tests, following up with stakeholders on open issues, and keeping relevant documentation up to date.
- Maintain and improve asset management processes
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of service inventory data
- Coordinate ISO compliance-related activities and pipeline compliance reporting
- Perform reporting activities requiring manual consolidation of data from multiple sources
- Organize and coordinate threat modeling workshops and penetration tests with relevant teams
- Track open issues and action items, following up with service teams and stakeholders to ensure timely progress
- Facilitate communication between engineering, service, and security stakeholders
- Create, update, and maintain process and operational documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring workflows in inventory management and reporting
- 3+ years of experience in security compliance or a related field
- Expertise in Asset Management and Inventory Optimization
- Proficiency in ISO/IEC 27001 and Security Compliance
- Knowledge of Threat Modeling practices and coordination of penetration testing activities
- Skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and follow-up on open action items
- Capability to create and maintain clear process and operational documentation
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
- Familiarity with basic development skills to support recurring task execution
- Competency in automating recurring workflows in inventory management and reporting
- Background in consolidating data from multiple sources for reporting purposes
