We are seeking a Senior Security Compliance Specialist to support operational security and compliance processes across engineering and service teams.
This role focuses on process coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional follow-up. The ideal candidate will contribute to security-related operational tasks while driving activities across multiple teams, ensuring progress on action items, and improving the overall efficiency of security and compliance workflows.
Key duties include maintaining asset and service inventories, supporting compliance and reporting activities, coordinating threat modeling workshops and penetration tests, following up with stakeholders on open issues, and keeping documentation up to date.
- Maintain and improve asset management processes
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of service inventory data
- Coordinate ISO compliance-related activities and pipeline compliance reporting
- Perform reporting activities requiring manual consolidation of data from multiple sources
- Organize and coordinate threat modeling workshops and penetration tests with relevant teams
- Track open issues and action items, following up with service teams and stakeholders to ensure timely progress
- Facilitate communication between engineering, service, and security stakeholders
- Create, update, and maintain process and operational documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring workflows in inventory management and reporting
- 3+ years of experience in a compliance, security operations, or coordination role
- Knowledge of Asset Management and Inventory Optimization
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and Security Compliance frameworks
- Understanding of Threat Modeling practices
- Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Capability to manage multiple workflows and follow up on action items across teams
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
- Basic development skills to support task automation
- Experience automating recurring workflows in inventory management or reporting
- Background in coordinating penetration tests or security workshops
