We are seeking a Senior SecOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to building a unified, scalable AI security testing and benchmarking platform. This platform unifies diverse security services behind a single, intelligent agent that automatically routes requests to the appropriate capability, simplifying workflows for developers and AppSec teams.
The role also involves evaluating cost-effective open-weight LLMs, benchmarking various AI security tools, and seamlessly connecting capabilities across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic approaches.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a unified, scalable AI security testing and benchmarking platform
- Design and integrate diverse security services behind a single, intelligent agent that automatically routes requests to the appropriate capability
- Simplify workflows and streamline security operations for developers and AppSec teams
- Evaluate cost-effective open-weight LLMs for use in AI security testing scenarios
- Benchmark various AI security tools to assess performance, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Connect security capabilities across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic approaches
- Perform dynamic and static application security testing to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in security engineering and development
- Understanding of AI security concepts, including MCP, LLM, and RAG
- Proficiency in dynamic and static testing methodologies
- Knowledge of application security fundamentals and different types of vulnerabilities
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for Web Applications, MCP, and LLM
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Cross-language basic code understanding, including the ability to review code and make small patches when needed
- Interest in AI for security and security for AI topics
- Skills in clear technical writing and reporting
- Capability to communicate effectively across engineering, security, and stakeholder teams
