We are looking for a Senior SAP UI5 Developer specializing in SAP CAP-based Node.js to join our remote team.

In this position, you will be responsible for the development and support of the applications running in the SAP Business Technology Platform. Your experience in SAPUI5, OData, and JavaScript will be instrumental in this role. You should be familiar with Scrum methodology and able to work in a dynamic environment and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support applications running in SAP Business Technology Platform
  • Participate in code review for the team and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix application bugs as they arise
  • Write unit tests for UI components to ensure the quality of the code
  • Create technical and user documentation for the applications
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that the applications meet the business requirements and are delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SAP UI5 Developer
  • Expertise in JavaScript
  • Proficiency in SAP CAP-based Node.js
  • Experience in E2E testing
  • Strong familiarity with OData
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and learn new technologies
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
Nice to have
  • Experience in SAP CAP based Java
  • Strong familiarity with SAP Fiori
  • Proficiency in TypeScript
