We're looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive end-to-end architecture and transformation strategies around SAP’s cloud ERP solutions. Your work will enable clients to adopt Clean Core principles, ensure upgrade-safe extensibility, and maximize the business value of SAP investments. This position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise transformation programs and shape future-ready technology landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Define SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud target architecture aligned with best practices
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to ensure business alignment with SAP standards
- Drive Clean Core adoption strategies for system integrity and upgrade readiness
- Establish extensibility and integration principles, leveraging SAP BTP capabilities
- Design side-by-side extension frameworks using SAP BTP Extension Suite
- Lead initiatives for business process standardization and governance models
- Develop SAP BTP adoption roadmaps supporting innovation initiatives
- Define security and compliance architecture across the SAP landscape
- Oversee SAP Activate implementation methodology
- Collaborate with enterprise and transformation teams to drive successful delivery
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with SAP ERP and enterprise transformation programs
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate methodology
- Proven ability to run Fit-to-Standard workshops and apply SAP Best Practices
- In-depth knowledge of Clean Core concept and extensibility strategies
- Experience in enterprise and solution architecture, including SAP BTP design
- Understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with SAP Central Business Configuration and governance models
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements within ERP solutions
Nice to have
- Exposure to SAP Integration Suite and BTP extension services
- Familiarity with SAP AI Foundation, Joule, and SAP Build tools
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM for lifecycle management
- Knowledge of LeanIX and SAP Signavio for business process optimization
- Understanding of RISE with SAP offerings
