We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDM/MDG Developer to join our team, working with a client who is a global leader in healthcare and manufacturing. As a Senior SAP MDM/MDG Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data governance and data cataloguing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with the Azure platform. You will also be responsible for the product owner role for the Analytics Platform, utilizing your expertise in SAP ABAP in S/4HANA and ABAP Workbench Tools to drive the development of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement effective data governance and data cataloguing solutions
- Construct and manage data pipelines to facilitate accurate and efficient data transfers
- Engage in data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities to maintain high data quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot data integration issues promptly to uphold data integrity
- Optimize and fine-tune data integration processes to ensure enhanced performance and scalability
- Drive the development of the Analytics Platform, working with client business leadership to ensure that the platform meets business requirements
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MDM/MDG development, demonstrating your proficiency in SAP expertise
- Strong experience in Azure platform integration, highlighting your understanding of the broader design landscape
- Expertise in SAP ABAP in S/4HANA and ABAP Workbench Tools, enabling you to develop and maintain data governance and data cataloguing solutions
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain, demonstrating your broader perspective on design and user experiences
- Ability to work with client business leadership to drive platform development, reflecting your comprehensive skill set
- Strong focus on teamwork and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
