We're on the lookout for an adept Senior SAP Logistics SCM Consultant to seamlessly integrate into our remote team.
As an integral member of the SAP Logistics consulting team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the recently implemented S4/HANA system across diverse business units. Your expertise in Supply Chain Management will play a key role in introducing innovative business processes and providing support for ongoing operations. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital for facilitating the system rollout and defining requirements and applications that align with business processes and application needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee process and functional design activities for the implementation of the S4/HANA system
- Contribute to defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements
- Generate functional requirements as a foundation for application design
- Create and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Take charge of test planning and execution
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to back the roll-out of the S4/HANA system
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Logistics, showcasing in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Demonstrated functional consulting prowess with involvement in at least 2 system implementations
- Proven experience in S4/HANA system implementation
- Robust background in finance and accounting processes
- Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Materials Management, and SAP Master Data Management
- Proficiency in formulating and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Experience in steering test planning and execution
- Familiarity with SAP CAR modules projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP Retail functionality is considered advantageous
