We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Logistics to join our dynamic remote team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the recently deployed S4/HANA system across various Business Units. Your adeptness in Supply Chain Management will be vital for introducing innovative business processes and providing ongoing operational support. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to facilitating the system rollout and defining requirements and applications that align seamlessly with business processes and application needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee process and functional design activities for the implementation of the S4/HANA system
- Participate in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application specifications
- Generate functional requirements as a foundation for application design
- Create and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Lead test planning and execution initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful roll-out of the S4/HANA system
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Logistics, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Proven track record in functional consulting with involvement in at least 2 system implementations
- Hands-on experience in the implementation of the S4/HANA system
- Robust background in finance and accounting processes
- Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Materials Management, and SAP Master Data Management
- Proficient in developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Experience in overseeing test planning and execution
- Familiarity with SAP CAR modules projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
