We are seeking a Senior SAP Logistics (SCM) Consultant to join our remote team. You will be responsible for identifying, justifying, and prioritizing differences in order to recommend best practices and identify automation opportunities. Your expertise in SAP products and solutions, as well as the SAP HANA platform, will be critical in assessing the current instance of SAP S/4HANA for its use of best practices and degree of customization. If you have a solid understanding of the Order to Confirmation process and are ready to take on a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of common process models across multiple companies
- Identify and recommend best practices within the analyzed processes
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Assess the current instance of SAP S/4HANA for its use of best practices, degree of customization, and fit to common process models
- Identify risks, challenges, and constraints that could impact change management and recommend mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Logistics (SCM) with a focus on Order to Confirmation process
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Expertise in SAP products and solutions, including SAP HANA platform
- Experience in establishing common process models across multiple companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, challenges, and constraints that could impact change management
- Fluent English language skills with a minimum B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in SAP MM and SAP SD modules
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools such as JIRA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
