We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team and lead data migration activities for our client's SAP Material Management (MM) module, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Retail Master Data.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the team, reviewing and analyzing data to identify gaps or inconsistencies, and developing migration plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Lead data migration initiatives to guarantee the project's success
- Furnish the team with technical assistance and direction regarding SAP Material Management (MM) module, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Retail Master Data
- Scrutinize and assess data for the detection of disparities or irregularities throughout the data migration procedure
- Formulate migration blueprints and timetables to secure the punctual attainment of project milestones
- Oversee interactions with stakeholders, including other advisors, developers, and project leaders, to assure congruence with project goals and schedules
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Logistics
- Strong background in SAP Material Management (MM) module, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Retail Master Data
- Experience in data migration activities for large-scale SAP implementation projects
- Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to project teams
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies in data
- Strong understanding of SAP Logistics processes and best practices
- Proficient in SAP's data migration tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders, including other consultants, developers, and project managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Certification in SAP Logistics or related fields
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution processes
- Experience in SAP Variant Configuration and Pricing
