We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HR, PA/OM/TM to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the client’s HR and IT teams to support the implementation of SAP HR PA/OM/TM On-Premise within SAP S/4HANA. You will participate in workshops held on-site in Kyiv, gather user requirements, configure and test the system, and provide expert consulting and advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with end users (on-site in Kyiv, in Ukrainian)
- Configure and test SAP HR modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Provide expert-level consulting on SAP HR Time Management (TM), including setup of absences, presence types, and reporting
- Advise on Organizational Management (OM) configuration
- Support and guide the client on Personnel Administration (PA) processes, including standard and custom infotypes, and personnel actions
- Document system configuration, functional specifications, and testing results
- Offer ongoing advisory support and ensure best practices are applied throughout the implementation
Requirements
- Experience Level: Senior Consultant – minimum 3+ years of SAP HR (PA/OM/TM) implementation experience
- Proven expertise in SAP HR Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration (on-premise)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Languages: Ukrainian (fluent) and English B1+ and higher
- This role is Kyiv-based, with regular on-site presence (3–5 days per week) over the next 4–6 months
