We are seeking a remoted Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the client's SAP HCM system, providing technical and functional support and participating in testing activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP HCM system for the client
- Provide technical and functional support
- Participate in testing activities
- Work closely with UX and SA teams to clarify customer requirements
- Prepare detailed project backlogs and acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HR and SAP-HR: Organizational Management
- Experience in SAP HCM Time Evaluation and Time Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in other SAP modules
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
