We're seeking an accomplished SAP HANA Cloud Developer to come aboard our team. In this role, you'll be entrusted with constructing and maintaining sophisticated data models, pipelines, and backend architecture supporting intricate business processes and analytics requirements throughout manufacturing, engineering, and operations settings. Responsibilities
- Architect, construct, and uphold scalable, dependable data models built directly within SAP HANA Cloud
- Study and transform existing logic and workflows sourced from external platforms like Databricks, Alteryx, and KNIME into high-performing native SAP HANA Cloud components
- Carry out thorough performance analysis, query optimization, memory footprint reduction, and execution plan assessments to guarantee sub-second latency on sizable operational datasets
- Oversee, improve, and fine-tune backend services that support enterprise applications, with specific focus on HADES list apps and downstream reporting engines
- Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and engineering stakeholders to convert complicated operational requirements into well-defined technical specifications
- Develop best practices surrounding HANA modeling, code review procedures, and CI/CD data lifecycle management, while mentoring colleagues and championing standard operating procedures
- Proactively detect architectural bottlenecks and edge-case problems before they disrupt operational pipelines
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative area of study
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant, hands-on background
- Solid knowledge and practical experience working with HANA Cloud, with HA300 training completion regarded as a plus
- Experience transforming Databricks, Alteryx, or KNIME models into HANA Cloud format
- Hands-on background with HANA Cloud optimization practices
- Experience working with HADES list apps
- Ability to work alongside business analysts to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- A proactive, hands-on attitude toward resolving problems
- Upper-Intermediate English language competency (B2)
