We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Specialist to join our remote team. As a key player in our team, you will proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements. You will be responsible for driving small to medium projects with planning, solution design, development, and implementation of technical solutions. You will act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and propose business process and system enhancements
- Drive small to medium projects with planning, solution design, development, and implementation of technical solutions
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals
- Perform system configuration and customization
- Provide end-user training and support
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
- Expertise in SAP CO: Profit Center Accounting and SAP CO: Profitability Analysis
- Proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting and SAP-FI: General Ledger Accounting
- Hands-on experience with Cockpit framework
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA Extensibility
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA Finance
- Knowledge of SAP Simple Finance and SAP Fiori
- Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management
