We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our remote team. Our client, an online retailer of shoes, fashion, and beauty products, is looking to enhance their financial management system by implementing SAP FICO. As a Senior SAP FICO Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP FICO solutions to meet the client's business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Expertly craft and implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to client's business objectives
  • Work in close collaboration with diverse teams to ensure SAP solutions align seamlessly with business needs
  • Provide astute leadership and mentorship to the SAP team, fostering their growth and expertise
  • Spearhead the configuration of SAP FICO modules, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
  • Meticulously develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals
  • Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO solutions, ensuring their continued effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, adept at tackling intricate technical challenges and tasks
  • Profound expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and HANA, enabling effective risk management and financial oversight
  • Solid understanding of SAP S4/HANA Extensibility concepts, with experience in crafting bespoke solutions to address unique business needs
  • In-depth comprehension of financial accounting principles and practices, coupled with the ability to skillfully configure SAP modules to align with specific business requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, seamlessly integrating them with other SAP modules to create a cohesive financial management system.
  • Thorough grasp of finance business processes, encompassing financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing complex business requirements and recommending optimal solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
Nice to have
  • Experience in SAP AFS and SAP Sales B2B
  • Certification in SAP ABAP development or related fields
