We are seeking a highly experienced remote Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team, working on a project for a leading global manufacturer of consumer goods.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP FICO solutions that meet the needs of our client's finance and accounting departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices. Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions that meet the needs of the finance and accounting departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices in SAP FICO
- Provide expert guidance and support to the finance and accounting departments on SAP FICO-related issues
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO-related topics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FICO, demonstrating expertise in SAP FI Technical and SAP Financial Accounting
- In-depth knowledge of SAP-FI: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, Global Settings, and SAP: FI-AA Transactions
- Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO solutions, including integration with other SAP modules
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver SAP FICO projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in SAP FICO solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Certification in SAP FICO or related SAP modules
- Experience in SAP FSCM or SAP Treasury and Risk Management modules
