Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere, emphasizing KPI and analytical models that enable strategic business initiatives
- Build interactive dashboards and KPI applications in SAC for import and live scenarios, using data from SAP Datasphere and other platforms
- Create scalable, secure, and governed data models in SAP Datasphere to enable advanced analytics and reporting use cases
- Integrate SAC dashboards with SAP Datasphere datasets to keep analytics current and consistent for end users
- Apply predictive scenarios, R visualizations, and external libraries to deliver immersive and insightful experiences across SAC and Datasphere
- Optimize performance of dashboards and applications in SAC and Datasphere, recommending enhancements and pinpointing bottlenecks
- Develop and document Business Objects Universes, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and compliance with enterprise data standards
- Connect, model, and harmonize SAP and non-SAP data in Datasphere to support cross-system analytics through SAC
- Design comprehensive reports with multiple tabs, queries, visualizations, and drill-down capabilities aligned to business requirements
- Implement best practices for data visualization and user experience to improve accessibility and adoption of SAC and Datasphere solutions
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members to grow expertise in SAC and Datasphere technologies
- Customize SAC applications via scripting languages and use advanced Datasphere features for data orchestration and automation
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years delivering SAP SAC / Datasphere solutions as a Consultant, Analyst, or Developer
- Proven track record designing and deploying SAC solutions for planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting, including integration with SAP Datasphere and upstream processes
- Deep expertise in SAC predictive functionality, Smart features (Smart Assist, Smart Predict, Smart Discovery), advanced story canvases, data blending, cross-calculations, input controls, and linked analysis
- Hands-on skill connecting SAC and Datasphere to diverse data sources, including SAP HANA and external databases
- Strong proficiency with SAP Datasphere to build unified, harmonized, and governed data models for enterprise analytics
- Solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes spanning SAC, Datasphere, and other analytics platforms
- Advanced scripting capabilities in SQL, Python, and JavaScript to support data manipulation and automation in SAC and Datasphere environments
- Practical experience with SAC scripting to create custom widgets and analytics applications, plus automating data flows in Datasphere
- Good knowledge of SAP-related Finance and/or Operations processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
- Fluent business English (C1 Advanced)

- SAC certification such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Low-Code/No-Code Developer
