- Design and develop SAP BW solutions, including InfoObjects, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries
- Create SAP HANA native models like Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript for backend data handling and aggregation
- Build scalable data architectures and workflows to support analytics and operational reporting
- Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from sources such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other non-SAP systems
- Enable interactive dashboards and real-time reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and visual tools such as Spotfire in collaboration with frontend teams
- Address data discrepancies and ensure high-quality data by monitoring and troubleshooting data flows
- Enhance the performance and scalability of data processing for large datasets and workflows
- Work closely with engineers, business analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and design tailored solutions
- Support Agile (SAFe) methodologies through sprints, planning, and retrospectives
- Knowledge of SAP BW development, including InfoObjects, DataSources, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries
- Proficiency in SAP HANA native modeling, such as Calculation Views, Procedures, CDS Views, and SQLScript
- Skills in ETL and data pipeline design within SAP BW or HANA environments
- Expertise in integrating SAP systems including ECC and S/4HANA with external third-party tools
- Competency in database optimization and performance tuning
- Familiarity with tools like Web IDE for SAP HANA and SAP BW/4HANA platforms
- Understanding of Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ADO
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of direct experience in SAP BW and HANA development roles
- Flexibility to use ABAP programming for BW-specific activities such as extractor development or code optimization
- Capability to optimize workflows and manage large-scale datasets effectively
- Strong interpersonal collaboration within Agile teams
- Background in manufacturing or engineering domains, especially in quality assurance or supply chain analytics, is an advantage
