We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst with specialized, hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio to play a core role in our digital transformation and SAP S/4HANA implementation journey. In this position, you will act as the vital bridge between business process owners and technical SAP delivery teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.). You will leverage the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to capture, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless alignment with SAP Best Practices and out-of-the-box system capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to elicit, map, and document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager
- Drive process standardization by mapping business requirements directly to SAP Best Practices / SAP Enterprise Model Company, minimizing costly custom developments
- Utilize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze process mining data, identify bottlenecks, cycle-time inefficiencies, and process deviations against standard SAP workflows
- Translate quantitative process mining insights into actionable optimization recommendations for project steering committees
- Bridge business needs with technical delivery by translating Signavio process models into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and design blueprints for SAP configuration teams
- Ensure process definitions link effectively with implementation tooling such as SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager
- Support the Business Process Change Management (BPCM) workstream by ensuring end-users understand process transformations and new SAP workflows
- Promote adoption and utilization of the SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub across business units to maintain a single source of truth for process documentation
- Establish and enforce process modeling conventions, version control, and governance structures within the Signavio workspace in alignment with the broader enterprise architecture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within the SAP ecosystem
- Proven, hands-on implementation experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence)
- Solid conceptual or practical understanding of core SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Fulfill, Record-to-Report)
- Familiarity with SAP project delivery frameworks (specifically SAP Activate or RISE with SAP journeys)
- Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 modeling standards
- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical SAP constraints
- Official SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Signavio, SAP S/4HANA Associate, or SAP Activate Methodology)
- Experience integrating SAP Signavio with SAP LeanIX or SAP Cloud ALM
- Prior involvement in full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
