We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our remote team. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing SAP ABAP applications in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM Technical, OData, HANA, SAP AIF, and SAP SD Technical. The individual will be working as part of a team to design, develop, and test software solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities
- Designing and developing SAP ABAP applications to meet business requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical issues
- Providing technical support to resolve system issues and improve system performance
- Designing and implementing custom SAP objects and interfaces using SAP technology
- Developing and executing test plans to ensure software meets business requirements
- Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines
- Providing technical guidance to team members and mentoring junior developers
- Contributing to the development of project plans and schedules
- Participating in project status meetings to report progress and identify issues
- Staying current with SAP technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming
- Expertise in SAP MM Technical, OData, HANA, SAP AIF, and SAP SD Technical
- Experience in SAP-FI: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Proven experience in SAP S4/HANA, SAP OOPs, SAP FICA, CI, and SAP data archiving, sara, adk
- Experience with SAP O-Data, REST, SAP ALE, and IDocs
- Expertise in BRF+ and familiarity with SAP AIF package
- Ability to design, develop and maintain custom SAP objects and develop interfaces using SAP technology
- Proven track record in developing and testing application solutions to meet business requirements
- Familiarity with software development methodology, software design, and software testing
- Experience with code management, version control, and software quality control tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP CRM, SAP PM, and SAP WM is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
