We are seeking a remoted Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud integration, platform administration, frontend development, process automation. The successful candidate will be accountable for the design, development, maintenance of custom applications, integrations, configure Salesforce Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom Salesforce Service Cloud applications and platforms
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via custom and standard APIs including iFrame, etc.
- Perform platform administration tasks, e.g., setting up roles and users
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify alternative solutions, provide code/process/codebase reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with custom code, workflow and perform complex data migration tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce primary clouds, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Composite API
- Experience with Salesforce platform, APIs, integrations
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Frontend development
- Experience with Salesforce standard and custom Objects, Process Builder, and automated emails configuration
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency level B2+
