We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. EPAM is implementing a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform within the MedTech sector, focusing on delivering a minimum viable product (MVP) through rapid assessment and gap analysis. The project aims to establish a scalable, compliant marketing solution integrated with existing enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
  • Apply foundational knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture along with basic integration methods suited to enterprise-level environments
  • Adjust quickly to shifting project scope and work effectively within compressed delivery timelines
  • Apply an understanding of compliance considerations and data sensitivity standards relevant to MedTech or other regulated industries
  • Collaborate effectively within a mid-sized cross-functional team of 6-10 members, while coordinating with external vendor partners
  • Manage tasks proactively, taking ownership of multiple assignments with minimal oversight
  • Maintain a detail-oriented mindset when troubleshooting, debugging, and preserving overall code quality
  • Stay open to learning from more experienced colleagues while actively contributing to technical conversations and documentation efforts
Requirements
  • Three or more years of practical, hands-on experience relevant to the role
  • Support the build-out and tailoring of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with client-specific needs
  • Assist with integration work connecting Salesforce Marketing Cloud to existing enterprise systems, ensuring data remains consistent across platforms
  • Take part in regular internal and client-facing meetings to stay aligned on project status and clarify technical expectations
  • Diagnose and address code-related issues with guidance from senior staff, maintaining stable and dependable platform operation
  • Help document workflows, technical architecture, and integration touchpoints for ongoing reference
  • Independently handle assigned development work while flagging risks and obstacles to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Work closely alongside a team of 6-10 members, including analysts, product owners, and third-party vendors, to achieve project deliverables
  • Possess adequate communication skills along with working English fluency (B2 level or higher) to understand business requirements and translate them into agentic architectures
