We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer who will help advance and refine Salesforce solutions for our organization.
This position involves system design, construction, and integration to fulfill business objectives while working closely with various teams. The preferred candidate demonstrates enthusiasm for solving challenges, adapts well to change, and possesses deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design information systems to fulfill organizational objectives and requirements
- Evaluate system architecture and collaborate with technical teams to suggest enhancements
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they occur
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to support project outcomes
- Stay informed about new technologies and propose changes to improve system performance
- Communicate with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure technical solutions are aligned
- Analyze the impact of technical decisions on business and recommend strategies to increase value
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- Expertise in Salesforce platforms and tools
- Skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities for effective teamwork
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and adapting to change
- Background in Agile development processes, including iterative planning and delivery
- Fluent English communication at B2 level or higher
