We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
In this role, you will design, build, and integrate systems to meet business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate information systems to meet organizational goals and requirements
- Evaluate existing system architecture and collaborate with technical teams to recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure project success
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, researching and proposing changes to enhance system performance
- Communicate with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure alignment on technical solutions
- Analyze the business impact of technical decisions and recommend strategies to maximize value
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software development
- Expertise with Salesforce platforms and tools
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment while meeting deadlines and adapting to change
- Experience working in Agile development processes, including iterative planning and delivery
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
