We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, responsible for the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will also be responsible for designing and developing customizations, integrations, and applications on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customizations, integrations, and applications on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, such as ERP, CRM, or other third-party systems
- Work with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience in requirements analysis, gathering, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems, such as ERP, CRM, or other third-party systems
- Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Expertise in Salesforce development technologies such as Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Apex
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing valuable insights into marketing automation and campaign management
