We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy customized solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Perform unit testing and resolve defects to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce development trends, best practices, and features
  • Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
  • Expertise in Salesforce Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex development
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL)
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including integration with external systems, and testing in Salesforce
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA for project management
  • Expertise in Salesforce development best practices, including code reviews and version control
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Highly proficient in English (B2+ level) to ensure clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and Platform Encryption
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab
