We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team.
You will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves working with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet their needs. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business value for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, using REST and SOAP APIs
- Drive technical excellence and best practices within the Salesforce development team
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality code is delivered
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, ensuring our clients are getting the most out of the platform
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I or II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
