We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge project that involves developing and implementing customized Salesforce solutions for our clients.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of Salesforce solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment, and will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of customized Salesforce solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical specifications and solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud), including configuration, customization, and integration
- Proficiency in Conga CLM and Conga/Apttus CPQ, enabling streamlined contract management and quoting processes
- Experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST API, and Salesforce Apex, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in developing Salesforce Billing, Salesforce CPQ, enabling end-to-end Salesforce solutions for clients
- Experience in Salesforce Integration, including integration with external systems and services
